How do I contact you for technical queries?
As a Juicy Internet customer you will have access to our Help Desk and
Knowledgebase where you can browse the many articles and tutorials
that we provide, or submit a support request ticket to our team of experts.

Do you provide technical support to my clients?
You will be responsible for providing technical support to your clients,
however our high-quality customer service team will be on-hand to help you
if you come across questions you are unable to answer yourself. Simply submit
a support ticket via our Help Desk and we will be happy to assist you.
How does your billing system work?
Very simply. Payments are made via PayPal.
At the time you purchase a Big Slab, we ask you to make your payment for the setup fee and first month through PayPal, and to authorize PayPal to automatically charge
you the monthly fee each month after that. If you ever decide to close
your account then all you need to do is to log in to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription before your monthly billing date, and advise us that your account is no longer
required.
You remain responsible for billing and receiving payments from your own
customers. You are free to charge your customers any price which you think
the market will bear.
How much Internet and/or Linux experience do I need to become a web host?
To provide a quality service to your clients, you will need to be familiar
with the tasks involved in publishing and operating an Internet site. If you
are familiar with FTP and HTML and perhaps other Internet technologies (such as
SSL, POP, Telnet, Unix/Linux etc) then you should not have too much trouble, and
we will be happy to provide you with support while you learn the ropes.
Will Juicy Internet remain anonymous to my clients?
We will always endeavour to remain anonymous to your clients. We will never
contact your clients about their account(s) or attempt to 'steal' them from
you in any way.
How do I add hosting plans to my Big Slab?
You can add, manage and remove your hosting plans and accounts through Web Host Manager (WHM). WHM is an easy-to-use browser-based interface. Apart from account management, WHM provides other features such as facilities to customize the control panel which your clients use.
Are there any setup fees for each hosting plan I add to a Big Slab?
No! You only pay a setup fee on each Big Slab that you purchase. Each hosting
plan that you setup within a Big Slab is free of additional charges.
What is your server/network hardware and connectivity?
Your sites will operate from Dual Intel 2.6Ghz Xeon CPU servers,
running Linux. Our network is fully switched using only top quality components
from Juniper and Cisco Systems. It is fully meshed and redundant with 10 managed
backbone providers.
Total connectivity to the Internet is over 10,000 Mbps!
Are there any limitations on the content that may be held on your servers?
Yes. In a nutshell, your site must be legal and must not encourage
illegal behaviour. It must not contain any obscene, threatening or hateful
material. Examples of unacceptable content include pornography, pirated
software, materials related to hacking, and nudity. For more information

Are there limits on the accounts that I set up?
Yes. To ensure all clients receive their fair share of system
resources, the following maximum limits apply to any single hosting plan set
up on a BigSlab hosting account:
- 250 MB disk space
- 10 GB of traffic
What languages are supported by your Control Panel?
Over 20 languages are supported: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Swedish, Russian, Romanian, Dutch, Brazilian-Portuguese, Simplified-Chinese (GB), Traditional-Chinese (Big5), Polish, Italian, Arabic, Norwegian, Finnish, Indonesian, Japanese -shift_JIS and Japanese-ecu-JS.
You can set the default language for your customers and if that does not suit any of your customers then they can change their Control Panel preferences to use their desired language instead.
